SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY

LOCAL PICKUP:

Unfortunately, we do not offer onsite pickups. All orders must be shipped to the designated address.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: STANDARD ORDERS:

Orders can be placed online 24/7. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, packaging, and 2-4 business days for delivery. While we strive to expedite orders, timely delivery is crucial, and we appreciate your patience. However, should we experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

We ship standard orders via USPS Flat Rate or Priority Mail based on your preference. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT:

For orders over $200.00, a signature of someone at least 18 years old is required upon delivery. This applies to all UPS and USPS shipments, including 3rd party shipments. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

LOST PACKAGES:

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier. Please be advised that once packages are handed over to USPS or any other carrier, we are not liable for any lost or stolen items. Any claims regarding lost or stolen packages should be filed directly with USPS. While investigation response time may vary, we will keep you updated on any progress.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please check with your local customs agency for import regulations before placing an order. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by their countries.

We do not ship to certain countries due to restrictions. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Canada under certain conditions outlined by Health Canada.

ENDANGERED SPECIES (CANADA) CITES: Some botanicals may be confiscated by customs due to CITES regulations. Please refer to the CITES Endangered Species list before ordering.
