RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Herbs Dweet, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item, and we want to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please review our return policy below:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchased items, except in the case of damaged packages during transit. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@herbsdweet.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective or damaged.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify eligibility for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s)

REFUND

If a replacement item is unavailable, we will proceed to refund the full purchase price of your package. Should your package no longer be available, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Rest assured, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, whether it be your credit card or the initial payment method used for the purchase.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Herbs Dweet LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. We'll provide delivery confirmation details upon inquiry to assist with your investigation. While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of all packages, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to assisting our customers to the best of our ability.
